Waitakere United showed its dominance in a 5-nil mauling of YoungHeart Manawatu in the ASB Football Premiership on Sunday.

They netted three first half goals in Palmerston North before adding two after the break to go to the top of the table.

Waitakere sit at the top of the table, two points clear of Auckland FC and Hawke's Bay United who drew 1-1 on the weekend.
