St Patrick's Day celebrations in Auckland

Sunday March 17 is St Patrick's Day when the Irish comes out in all of us at the St Patrick's Festival in Auckland.

Be first in the world to celebrate St Patrick's Day and be in Queen Street at 11am for the Hugh Green Group St Patrick's Parade when the world turns a little green. Featuring Irish inspired floats, traditional dancing, bands, and lots more.  

Then at 12pm skip on down to Queens Wharf on Quay Street for the magical, musical Fleadh (festival of Irish culture, actually pronounced flar!) with dancing and singing, fun and frolicking, as only the Irish know how!

As a warm up to St Patrick's Day check out the following Festival Events:

Sunday 10 March - Irish Society Fair Day, Fowlds Park - 11am till 5pm.

Saturday 16 March - St Patrick's Eve Emerald Ball - 6.45pm till late.
