Onetangi Beach Races 2013
A crowd of around 6000 people soaked up the sun on the beach and on board their boats in Onetangi Bay for the Onetangi Beach Races on Sunday 24 Feburary.
They were treated to a spectacular array of races with competitors on four legs, two legs and a variety of wheels, with the Sealegs Amphibious Race billed as the highlight event.
Twelve craft raced in two heats, treating race goers to a dramatic display, bringing a truly modern element to the historic event.
