Ellie Goulding fans will get a chance to meet the Figure 8 singer in Auckland next week.

Goulding will head to New Zealand again to meet and greet her fans at a special in-store appearance at JB HiFi on Auckland's Queen street next Tuesday, March 5th.

She will be signing copies of her hit album Halcyon as well as giving Kiwi fans the opportunity to meet one of the biggest worldwide breakout stars of 2012.

The last six months have seen her achieve certified gold and/or platinum status with four hit singles from her latest album Halcyon.

In New Zealand Halcyon debuted at #3 on the NZ album chart and remains in the top 40 after 14 weeks. Goulding also played two sold out New Zealand shows in October 2012.

UK based Ellie Goulding first rose to prominence in 2010 when she topped the BBC Sound of 2010 poll and won the Brit Awards Critics Choice Award, becoming only the second artist (after Adele in 2008) to scoop both these awards in the same year.

Goulding's debut album Lights went straight to #1 in the UK and garnered the hit singles 'Starry Eyed', 'Under The Sheets', and 'Guns and Horses'. Since the album's release in 2010 it has slowly but surely spread it's magic around the world.

The album's title-track 'Lights' was released in the US in March 2011 and completed a staggering record-breaking climb. The song reached a peak position of Number 2 in the Billboard Hot 100, whilst the album has gone double-platinum.

The first single from her latest album Halcyon, 'Anything Could Happen' became a huge smash hit worldwide and it's follow up 'Figure 8' has become one of the most played songs on New Zealand radio in 2013 so far. Both 'Figure 8' and Ellie's new song with superstar DJ/Producer Calvin Harris, 'I Need Your Love', are currently sitting in the NZ top 40 singles chart.
